I'm quite sure we can do this at database initialization, with a family_notes.txt initialization file. and you can even import it into an already existing database, if you are fine with losing all previous FamilyNote objects and if you initialized it from the current data.
I would do the complete reference, that is epithet+authorship (separator can be a space).
