Fix the Clear button on top of list #21

Hey,

Very nice work and very helpful,

an issue that I saw many developers, like me, is that the 'clear button' is not fixed in the top and we need scroll the log to find the button.

if you think that this PR is useful, please merge it into your codebase, he fixe the button on top of the list without overriding the panels
