[Feature] Docking with Ecoenchants plugin #1523

Describe the Feature: My server has the Ecoenchants(a custom enchanting plugin) plugin, and I use Quickshop to sell the custom enchanted book in the plugin, but it is clearly explained in Chinese (or other language of choice) in the hands of the player. The effect of the enchanted book becomes English when it is put on the store. I think This is a problem with third-party plug-ins, can you solve it, thank you very much

You can translate them in enchi18n.yml
