QuickShop is a shop plugin that allows players to easily sell/buy any items from a chest without any commands. In fact, none of the commands that QuickShop provides are ever needed by a player.
Once a shop has been created and removed with /qs remove you can only remove the chest with your fists. You used to be able to remove it with tools although it spammed thinking you were trying to sell.
This is also the case with ANY chest placed whether it has been made a shop or not, you can not remove it with a tool, only fists.

create a shop and delete it or use any chest placed in the world
