APN 3G #27

不能修改APN。导致不能使用3G。

模拟运营商无法避免此问题，可尝试 Xposed 版本

麻烦看下环聊会自动将+1的号码变成+86这个怎么处理的，好像开启位置记录后就会自动改掉一些+1的号码。
