Oxygen OS 8.1即使设成310260也无法设置volte了 #91

Oneplus 6，OOS 8.1，中国移动。原先使用xposed版本时可以通过设置310260来启用volte，但由于xposed框架会造成支付宝、play store等重要app随机FC，无奈只好放弃，使用root版本。
换成root版本之后发现，即使在运营商代码中填入310260，也无法启用volte了。之前3T 的OOS 8.0是可以的。
