[botapis] hostname on #notification logs #36

in the last update of the botapis we added the hostname in the logs in order to be sure where it was applied. but actually, the name logged is the physical name (the machine behind) and not the dns name we want (the url we type)

-> this is caused by azure keeping the physical name when we swap instances (to push a staging version in production for exemple)

we should find a solution for that because it causes more confusion than help

fixed, now the visible hostname will be used in logs and api call responses

ex : [botapis] finished reloading louisgscreenshot on gw-bot-apis in (3046.5805)ms
