Use PostCSS 5.0 #2

It is a bad time to start new plugin with PosCSS 4.0 API :D.

In 5.0 walksAtRules will replace a eachAtRule.

Also node.removeSelf() si replaced to node.remove()

will do the necessary changes later today, I have never used postcss for anything other than autoprefixer before and needed this out quickly
