Shindou is supported, but the internal ROM name of it is SUPERMARIO64
instead of SUPER MARIO 64
. The pack uses the latter, because that name is commonly used for all other official releases (iQue aside). To get it working, change the internal ROM name (part of the header at the start of the ROM) with a tool or HxD. It's just the way GLideN64 works unfortunately.
Japanese characters are missing across the board.
Thanks for the response, changing the ROM header failed for some reason but changing the .hts file name worked instead. (This also fixed my issue with MM as its Japanese file name is "THE MASK OF MUJURA" instead of the US & PAL "ZELDA MAJORA'S MASK" reflecting Majora's name in Japanese)
Japanese images seem to be working, but the Vibration Pack Support image is partially unreadable. Without knowing what it's supposed to say or context the word 振動 would be unreadable
Could you type out the entirety of the rumble text? That way I could copy it to retexture it manually, so things don't look like a garbage upscale.
振動パック 対応
Improved the rumble text via cab7a4908b3f1352b1d1d3a44a144e7b92f55c84. The Japanese letters would require more time and effort though.
Thanks, looking forwards to the updated text font
The Text of the Japanese Version of the game is not upscaled and the Shindō Pack Taiō Version is completely unsupported
