So, defaults to distance=0 to just place a block in midair? And I thought about cancelling if there was a block in the target location, but I decided it was a better to let the player tp into blocks if the want to. Maybe they just want to move that amount of blocks up to start something there without needing to measure, and there's no harm in teleporting into blocks in creative/spectator. What do you think?
