Move README into docs folder #59

The idea was to move CONTRIBUTING.md too, since Github also links it from there, but didn't do so because it would make conflicts with #49.

I think it's good because it categorizes things and makes the main folder cleaner, and we already have that folder there anyway.

I also had another benefit in mind but I can't remember it now.

How about we leave this open until #49 (and other PRs that change contribute.md) are merged? Then we can move both files in one go?

ok @altrisi you can move contributing.md now too Ig, thought maybe wait until #65 is accepted? I know that Ill prolly merge this after #65 in case it breaks stuff majorly...

Done, also changed references to the old repo && updated refs to the /docs folder.
