Add Revolution Pasting #81

Build a segment and choose a center point for said segment to paste/revolve around X number of times. Segments will also be rotated accordingly. Aka just copy this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fps_-3jA4c

Sounds totally doable. Will implement after merging of #67, since that one fixes a few paste and rotate bugs.
