all zombies are invisible. can not play

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load map
2. start game
3. wave starts and immediately get hurt and all zombies are un-seeable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expectation-visible zombies so i can play right. instead i saw invisible 
zombies killing me

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

version 2.2 running on MAC OSX

Please provide any additional information below.

This is not a bug. The problem is in your configuration, not in RotU.  Bug 
reports are for actual bugs in the code--community support for configuring your 
server is available at http://forum.heavygunz.net/index.php?board=2.0

Try turning off punkbuster.  Please use the forum for issues like this, so 
everyone can benefit or help.
