Change l4d_ready_minimum_players to 8? #142

I was just wondering... is it intended that it is set to 6 or is it just still 
being carried over from older versions?

I don't really see the point of the game being able to start if not all the 
players are ready.
Example: 8 players join the server from lobby, 7 of them ready up, 1 does not - 
because he crashed. Now as soon as he timeouts from the server the game will 
start although there is still a player missing.
One of the other players has to unready again, the game has to be paused or 
restarted if the player returns.

So I would suggest changing it to 8. :P
(Same applies for the 2v2 config, from 2 to 4.)

I think some really old CEVO L4D1 rules allowed teams to play with only 3 
players for some odd reason.  We have just never bothered to change it.  I 
don't see any reason not to do this.
