Command to List Available Match Plugins #146

Pretty simple -- just a public SM command to list the available match modes 
available.  For example:

!match list

Available modes:
fresh
2v2
fresh2v2
jayfogl

A couple use cases are if I go into someone's server, I can see what's 
available as well as the proper name so I know what to type with !match.

This would be awesome, however I don't think Sourcemod lets us get a file list. 
 It is something we can look into though.
