One-sentence description

Replaces the plaintext input text field for project descriptions with a feature-rich TinyMCE's HTML editor, whose input gets sanitized using the bleach template filter.

Description

Removed iframes from the editor menu and bleach configuration (difference w.r.t. Thalia/Concrexit).

I invested time and effort in this PR and would appreciate it being addressed. I was initially eager to contribute more by resolving open issues, but decided not to due to the lack of response on this PR.
