Added basic information table to View Timetable by Facility. #1779

Description Added basic information table to View Timetable by Facility and used the formGroups_details.php as an example for implementing the basic info table.

Motivation and Context To provide users with the ability to check room capacity, phone number, room type, and projector availability.

How Has This Been Tested? Tested locally.

Tested out well 👍 Made a small tweak post-merge, to remove the header to reduce the vertical space the table takes up, just personal preference 😄
