Do you have time to make the graph with the entire nitrogen cycle on it (ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate) and indicate on there the sampling times of the biofilter media (6/28/17, 7/19/17, 8/28/17)? It would be great to have for my presentation tomorrow if possible. Thanks!

Tank 6 seems to miss some measurements but this seems to be the case in the original greenhouse data as well.

Here is a link to the original greenhouse data. I see data entered for all of these parameters for tank 6, so I'm not sure whey they wouldn't be in the spreadsheet you're looking at...? Does that make sense?

You are absolutely right. It was missing from the merged table at the end because I screwed up copy-and-pasting 😢 Fixed it now and it looks better:

No worries. This looks great now! Thank you! Great that they all had some ammonia show up before our second microbiome sample.
