Add support for .net8/umbraco13 #22

ButtonStyle has been deprecated in v13 but it's mapped to the new UuiButtonColor & UuiButtonLook. It will be removed in v15 so haven't done anything with it for now. https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/blob/422218ea1599e961385eca4ec92a5cafb8fbe5f2/src/Umbraco.Web.BackOffice/Security/BackOfficeExternalLoginProviderOptions.cs#L32

Icon should also be set to icon-microsoft-fill for v13 as it's now using UUI "Icon": "icon-microsoft-fill",
