The live corner rounding feature does not appearing. The feature available on Illustrator CC versions #12

I can't figure out where or how to enable the live corner rounding feature. Also, Can't use scrubby zoom because there is no option for 3D acceleration ( My Invidia GPU is not being detected ).

Can you please help?

It is not available in 17 it's a feature of 17.1, anyone got a file for 17.1 portable?
