Issue not fully resolved. Need to redo BuildExercise, especially the AddMetricToExercise and InputBarOptions components.

Also need to remember that when editing an exercise, cannot change number of metrics, metric name, inputBar or units.
Allowed to change exercise name, rest timer, default values, metric step value and adaptive metric value.
