Eliminate SaveModal and place new workout name into DoWorkout after FinishWorkoutButtons.
If a name is entered during JustGo, then workout is saved, otherwise not saved and records are simply saved.
This eliminates confusion from nexted modal popups and streamlines finishing a JustGo workout.
