C128 random characters at the UII+L menu #36

I’m getting random characters on menu and after exiting the menu sometimes. Phi1 and 2 are set to 200. No cartridge loaded. Sometimes works fine. Only seeing it with the Uii+L cartridge. PHI2 edge recovery makes it worse but still does it when it’s disabled. I’m trying to find the logic of this fault. C128 pal. Not C128D screen

It was mainly because I was using a cartridge port right angle adapter. Issue should be closed.
