Add simplified versions of Example 1 and 2 with the new package #3

In the folder "scripts", we can have two subfolders:

brms_examples
bmm_examples

The current examples with raw brms code could go into brms_examples and all other examples with the bmm wrapper functions will go into bmm_examples.

Would be nice to have versions of Example 1 and 2 with the bmm package under the bmm_examples folder
