Clean-up of files

I think that the following files are no longer necessary:

• scripts/bays_3parameter_model.R (old unworking script)
• scripts/ZhangLuck_2par_MixtureModel.R (older version of Example1_Zhang&Luck2008.R)
• scripts/BaysEtAl_3par_MixtureModel.R (old unworking script)
• scripts/fit_MixtureModel.R (older version of Example1_Zhang&Luck2008.R)
• scripts/3par_mixt_recovery/* (all files outdated)
• functions/wrap.R (now available from the bmm package)
• functions/gen_bays_3p_data.R (now available form the bmm package)
• functions/LL_3par_mixMode.R and functions/fit_3par_mixMode.R (maximum likelihood functions that we don't use and currently only work for the popov2021 datasets.
• data/e2.csv and data/cleaned_data_e1.csv (outdated popov2021 datasets)

Questions

• scripts/Plot_MixtureModel.R - I see that these are some utlity functions for plotting, but we don't use them in any of the scripts. Do we need this file or parts of it? If we need it or parts of it, move to functions/
• Convert_MATLAB_data.m - this is in the main working directory. Move under scripts and make sure it still works?
