support ansi colors in compiler error logs tab

This is so error messages can look like how it looks in the terminal (with diff colors)

note: not necessary to use .string() on errors if this feat is accomplished

Henlo might not be able to implement this with the given time although it is feasible. Kailangan lang kasi mag experiment on how we can embed a console mismo sa tkinter widget.
