CodeGuru for Repo Analysis #11

Once the project progresses further and the actual repositories are in a good state, one of the basic features we will want to add is a Dependabot-like feature that uses CodeGuru to run analysis on our users' code.

Note: we'll probably create a feature branch for this and create separate dev branches for api, ui, infra separation.
