[Upload] Upload option from dropdown not updating to Provider name change #274

Hi there, hope there's room for improvement on this matter, shouldn't be that difficult as you already have the option's properties (I assume).

1 ) Let's say I have two different Google Drive accounts (personal and work) 2) I rename them (screenshot 1) 3) Should have the "Account 1" and "Account 2" options, right? (screenshot 2)
