Use algolia for search organization in registration #410

In this PR,

Updated org search bar to use algolia in registration page,
- reason being now that we have a few thousands of org within our DB, using algolia makes more sense as compared to firebase. If we use firebase, there will be thousands of reads per page load for registration page.
