Calendar View should display "Unconfirmed" Events #224

I usually use the Schedule view, when I switched to Calendar to get a look ahead, I saw some events that I had signaled "I'm going" to were not listed there.

Digging in, I realized the missing events were all technically "Unconfirmed"

I think between some gig leaders being slow to remember to Confirm (arguably a PEBKAC error) and/or band members using the tool to look farther ahead than on the schedule view, Gig-O's Calendar View would be improved by including Unconfirmed events.

(Just showing unconfirmed would be enough. Showing cancelled events but struck out, or having an option, might be useful but could be secondary to complexity/performance concerns)

Hi Kirk - there's a "show unconfirmed events on my calendar" option in your profile - does that work for you?

It works for me personally, though there's still a minor "band culture" issue - some bands just are too shy about committing. Didn't realize there are a bunch of nice little features there. I wonder if there could be a informational link like "Not Showing Unconfirmed Gigs [Change Setting on Profile]" ditto for the similar hiding things on the Schedule view?
