Just as in https://github.com/xpack-dev-tools/openocd-xpack/releases, the repo should release pre-compiled binaries for each OS that make using this version of OpenOCD easier (than having to compile yourself).

With my fork https://github.com/CommunityGD32Cores/openocd in which we also added GD32E50x support, we have setup a Github runner to build Linux + Windows binaries and publish them at https://github.com/CommunityGD32Cores/pre-releases/releases.

(Mac is missing because the build system / script isn't yet made / adapted for that)
