Delete https://repository-jasonnerothin.forge.cloudbees.com/release/com/gigaspaces/sbp/AdminApiMonitor/1.0-m16
Delete everything that does not have the form 1.0-mX from the https://repository-jasonnerothin.forge.cloudbees.com/release/com/gigaspaces/sbp/AdminApiMonitor/ directory.
