package fails to be importable as a dependency of another package

adding as a dependency to another package fails when using the latest package tools versions due to:

• the package name, product name, and repository name not all matching
• dropped support for explicit strings in .package() syntax

Solution:

• push a breaking change with all naming aligned
• don't use hyphens in framework names ever again
