Add config explanations #15

There are a lot of configs for this mod, but I don't understand some of them. Can you add explanations of each config into the wiki of this repo?

I added Mod Menu support in version 2.0.0 and introduced a settings screen using YACL. Each setting has a tooltip in the settings screen to let you know what it does.

But, I also will be making a webpage at some point in the future which contains everything there is to know about my projects. There are other things I'm working on first.
