Missing permissions on Update User Agents github action #43

Describe the bug

As we can see from this failed GH: https://github.com/Giglium/vinted_scraper/actions/runs/8107406420/job/22158882857 the GH fails with a 403 errors. As mentioned on https://github.com/peter-evans/create-pull-request/issues/1873#issuecomment-1507796357, we are missing permissions on the pipeline.
