Fix the appdata to make it pass Flathub restrictions #28

Of course there are other things that can be fixed/improved.

Looks good. I've moved the improvements to a separate issue (#29) so we can merge now and fix those issues later

How can I check if these issues are still present? What command did you run @bilelmoussaoui?
