I checked the new patiënt in our protocol and it looks great! I also checked all our steps with the steps of the protocol and it seems we need to change some things.

1. We need the same smaller catheter loop you implemented in the cath male scene here aswell.

2. (index 19) Wanneer glijmiddel is voorgeschreven: houd de labia minora (kleine schaamlippen) gespreid. Spuit glijmiddel op de urethra opening. Breng daarna de conus van de spuit in de urethra opening. Spuit ongeveer 6 ml glijmiddel langzaam in de urethra opening. When lubricant is prescribed: keep the labia minora (labia minora) spread. Spray lubricant on the urethral opening. Then insert the cone of the syringe into the urethral opening. Slowly inject approximately 6 ml of lubricant into the urethral opening.

We divided the step above, but its not working like it should.

First part: houd de labia minora (kleine schaamlippen) gespreid. Spuit glijmiddel op de urethra opening. keep the labia minora (labia minora) spread. Spray lubricant on the urethral opening.

Nothing really happens during this action, except spreading the labia. We also need to spray some lubricant on the urethral opening in this step.

Second part: Breng daarna de conus van de spuit in de urethra opening. Spuit ongeveer 6 ml glijmiddel langzaam in de urethra opening. Then insert the cone of the syringe into the urethral opening. Slowly inject approximately 6 ml of lubricant into the urethral opening.

No changes needed for the step above, but the syringe with lube should already be on screen because of the previous step.

3. Step 29 needs to change a bit.

Old step 29: Open the inner package of the catheter. The catheter remains in the inner package New: Open the inner package of the catheter. Remove the catheter from the inner packaging.

Add new step 30: Check the catheter for defects

Step 31 and 32 can be removed

New step order:

29: Open the inner package of the catheter. Remove the catheter from the inner packaging. 30: Check the catheter for defects 31: Remove the sealing cap from the urine collection bag. Attach it to the catheter. 32: Hold the catheter approximately 5 cm from the tip. Hold the rest of the catheter like a loop in the catheterizing hand
