after 12/1/2009 updates, Errors line26: import onyx.api.*

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Flex Builder 3
2. Run Main
3. Errors: 1172: Definition onyx.api could not be found.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
if i comment out "line26: import onyx.api.*;", it will run but file browser 
doesn't work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Onyx-VJ 4.0.0
Windows Vista Ultimate Sp1 (32bits)
C2Q 9300, ICH9, 8GB DDR2 800
Flex Builder 3

Please provide any additional information below.
before 12/1/2009: everything seems work fine.
12/1/2009 svn update: this error comes out.
