Having a floating window rather than a fixed window at a set resolution. #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the program the window is fixed to the top left of the screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm not sure if that's just the way it is originally but my point that the 
program runs a lower resolution than the computer i'm using and the window is 
fixed and fullscreen rather than being a floating window, it makes it hard to 
navigate between windows especially during live performances.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.4 on windows 7
