Displacement filter and Convolve filter do nothing #7

Displacement filter and Convolve filter do nothing.  They should be removed
or fixed

They do work.

For Displacement: Set debug map to all, red or green, for it to work.

For Convolve: Adjust the blur

Displacement is not using a displacement map filter correctly.  The red/green is
debugging for the map.  Convolve should be an emboss-like filter, yet it is a 
blur
currently.
