Check data against `{rbmLibrary}` mappings via CI. #131

Pull mappings from {rbmLibrary} and ensure all data domains and columns are present, are correctly typed, and contain expected values.

@jwildfire @samussiah do we still want to implement this as an open source package? Should we use the default mappings in {gsm} instead, and plan to include in a clindata/v1.1 release?

The data are in final form as far as I'm concerned. This issue is good to 🔚
