Created rawplus_rdsl, rawplus_rdsl_s, and raw_ie_all datasets.

For some reason, wouldn't accept me renaming rawplus_rdsl to lower case... please help make that small tweak (the dataset has already been updated to randomized patients only)
Note, the IE_Map_Raw will need be adjusted to use STD derived variables.
