remove trailing whitespace line in `DESCRIPTION` file #173

Per @elimillera - clindata is failing to load/compile on Package Manager, possibly due to the fact that it is a DCF file with trailing whitespace.

Let's remove the trailing whitespace and release a new version to see if it resolves the error.

After looking more closely, it seems like this file doesn't contain a trailing whitespace - closing for now.
