Adding in Clean Data steps for clindata #65

Load Data - loads data directly (rawplus_import, ctms_import)

Clean Data Rawplus - cleans the rawplus data as needed (temporary until CP updates)

add in rawplus calculations for lab data [ DONE ]
reorganize move and subsetting ( rawplus_clean ) [ Kai / Spencer ]

Clean Data GSM - adjust rawplus to fit GSM requirements

remove screen failures (rawplus_customize) [ Spencer ]
may not be needed, be consider summary info on how clean data is for input GSM datasets [ George ]

Document Data - document datasets (rawplus_document, ctms_document)

may need adjustment from clean data GSM step [ TBD - currently temporary hold ]
