QC Details

Use a gsm workflow to build the sample data. We should PROBABLY export those workflows.

While doing this, make sure we don't end up with any duplicate data. For example, I see both "City" and "city" in dfGroups with GroupLevel == "Site" (for each site).

Reopening. This is not a duplicate #211, although it will be related. This one helps sort out some of the requirements.
