QC: Use gt for Report_KRI.Rmd #1660

QC Details

Report_KRI.Rmd uses kableExtra::kbl(), while Report_FlagOverTime() and Report_StudyInfo() use gt::gt() (via gsm_gt()). Update Report_KRI.Rmd to match.
