Overview

adds poisson capability to MakeBounds() based ondfMetrics$Type value
add Type to reportingMetrics df
add new test for MakeBounds for poisson option to maintain 100% coverage
syncs up reportingMetrics and reportingResults dfs in terms of KRIs

closes #1684 closes #1688
