QC: Re-examine skipping `Analysis` dfs in `checkSpec()` #1838

QC Details

1837 dealt with a bug that caused workflows to fail if we checked for the existence of `Analysis_*` dfs. Once `spec` formatting has been adjusted to handle these tables better, re-examine this approach.
