Suppress Clean command and confirm Remove command #15

The commands Clean and Remove are doing the same job. No need to have them both. Will keep Remove as it does what the documentation says. But because this command may be quite dangerous even if it does not delete the source files, a confirmation request will be added to leave a chance to cancel if command has been triggered by mistake.

Take the opportunity of editing the Clean command to order properly the menus putting Remove command last.
