Adding functionality for automatic volume plotting #159

The diagrams we show at conferences are so far generated using google slides.

It would be interesting to have a method of the class Volume that creates a plot of the volume, with active and passive elements. The method can be called before and after optimization, so that the user can show how the configuration has changed.

160 implements basic functionality.

TODO in later PR:

[x] Fix the way transparency is handled (matplotlib offers only limited control). Problem is likely that when stacking semi-transparent stuff, the transparency adds up until it covers stuff that is supposed to be on top.
[ ] Make passive layers fancier (back walls opaque, front walls more transparent)

Transparency is now fine (was probably due to stale notebook server)
